Ms. Noguera was born in Connecticut to Colombian parents, and has had an un-traditional path to the music industry. Upon graduating from college with a degree in Biology her first job was as an analyst in a biolab analytics company. In 2015, in search of a career transition, Vanessa began her journey to the music industry as an intern in publicity at Summer Stage, Central Park. She also gained experience interning with Tommy Boy Records’ ‘New Music Seminar’ as a venue manager for their music festival. In 2016, she landed her first role in the music industry at Warner Music Group as a Coordinator in eCommerce support with Warner Music Artist Services (WMAS). It is here where Vanessa learned of different departments and the overall business at a major label.
As of today, Vanessa has been with Warner Music Artist Services (WMAS) for 3 years and since has been promoted to a different department as Manager in Ticketing and VIP Operations. She has worked on artists across all genres such as Bruno Mars, Cardi B, Gary Clark Jr., Metallica, A Boogie wit da Hoodie and
Roddy Ricch. Vanessa is looking forward to uniting with Latinos across all entertainment industries.

Born in the Dominican Republic, raised in the Bronx, Angel is a veteran on the New York hip-hop scene. Mr. Martinez began his career as an intern at Sony working in the IT and radio promotions departments. After a year of successfully juggling his studies and his role at Sony, Angel broadened his experience by accepting an internship at Interscope Records in the Artists and Repertoire (A&R) division, which eventually led to his promotion to Marketing Coordinator at Interscope.
Following his time at Interscope, the eager entrepreneur accepted an internship that once again led to a permanent role as Product Manager at G-Unit Records. Working with high profile clients such as: Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, DJ Whoo Kid, Rotimi, OT Genesis, and Young Buck. As a product manager, Mr. Martinez tackled multiple roles outside of music. Focused on Mr. Jackson’s empire this included: boxing, books, film, television, vodka and clothing.
After his years at G-Unit Records, Angel joined Def Jam as a Project Manager in 2017 working on major releases for Jeezy, 2 Chainz, Desiigner, Pvrx, Payroll & Cardo, and Pusha-T’s GRAMMY NOMINATED album DAYTONA.
After his 1st year at Def Jam, Mr. Martinez was offered a position as a Senior Director of Marketing at Asylum / WMG where he is currently working on developing new artist and building the brand.

Michelle Bermudez first began her journey into the music industry exploring college radio as an undergraduate student at Montclair State University. Having experience as a disc jockey in college radio, she interned within the radio promotions department at Alternative Distribution Alliance (ADA). This then paved the way for her next role as a Content & E-Commerce Coordinator for Warner Music Artist Services (WMAS). It is here where she learned the impact of digital marketing within the music space and the intricacies of establishing artist web stores. She then went on to become a Content Manager for WMAS working on an array of digital campaigns for artists such as, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Janelle Monáe, Paramore, Wiz Khalifa, and Meek Mill.
In 2017, she joined Sony Music Entertainment as an Artist Website Manager focusing on the development and expansion of the digital landscape for Legacy artists spanning from Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and Johnny Cash amongst others. Currently, she continues to be part of the Sony Music family and hopes to inspire the next generation of Latinos in the music business.
